  We usually process and ship within 3–7 business days (holidays excluded).

  We ship to EU & SEA (and more). Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

  You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• Will I pay duties/VAT?
  International orders may incur duties or VAT payable by the recipient. Please check local regulations.

• Canvas vs. nylon totes—what’s the difference?
  Canvas is tactile and timeless. Our lightweight nylon is single-layer, packable, and easy to carry for everyday use.

• Will colors look exactly like the photos?
  Minor variance can occur due to screen settings. We calibrate photos to be as accurate as possible.

• Cup sleeve sizing?
  Fits most common cup sizes—please see each product page for exact specs.

• Which phone models do your lanyard cases support?
  We cover major models; see the model list on each product page.

• How do I choose my bracelet size?
  Measure your wrist snugly:
  14–15 cm → S
  
  15–16.5 cm → M
  
  16.5–18 cm → L
  
  Prefer tighter or looser? Leave a note at checkout.
  

• Do you take custom orders?
  Yes. Custom bracelets: 10 slots/week. Design confirmation in 2–3 days, crafting 3–5 days, then shipping.

• Can I add a gift note?
  Yes—add your message at checkout and we’ll include a free gift note.

• Is the packaging gift-ready?
  We use minimal, recyclable packaging. Some gift sets include gift stickers/seals.

• What’s your return policy?
  Within 14 days of delivery, unused and unopened items are returnable (custom items excluded).

• Are custom items returnable?
  Final sale unless defective or damaged in transit.

• How do I start a return?
  Email voyabloom@gmail.com with your order number and issue. Shipping/taxes are non-refundable. For defects, we’ll replace or refund.
